Making Me Proficient at Walking and Cycling
This project aims to improve the road safety confidence, skills and knowledge of the local disabled community, working in partnership with a group of peer beneficiaries and local road safety professionals to design and develop a walking and cycling proficiency training programme and personalised support to disabled participants.
Leeds Older People’s Forum
Driving Change Together
This project will work closely with older people in Leeds to understand ‘what works’ to encourage older drivers to assess their driving ability as they age and consider safer alternatives whilst maintaining a social and independent life.
