Victoria holds a MSc degree in Information Security and has specialised in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) for over 10 years in several public and private sectors, providing advice and making people accountable to drive business transformation and improve outcomes.
Her role includes offering clear, concise, and objective guidance and scrutiny to drive organisational performance, ensuring strong governance to maintain compliant legal and regulatory obligations.
Currently, she is a Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance, where she plays a key role in defining and is responsible for the strategic direction in information security, data privacy, financial reporting, working directly with the digital and technology leadership and senior managers across the business functions. She has a passion to communicate the benefits of having a diverse and sustainable workforce with senior executives and cybersecurity needs with technical staff and the board.
Victoria is also an Internal Auditor (Supervisory Committee) for the Wave Community Bank and is a Trustee with UK Men’s Sheds Association.
