With over 20 years of experience in driver education and training, from learner drivers to professional fleet development, Vicky brings extensive hands-on knowledge of road user behaviour and risk.
She is a RoSPA-affiliated trainer and Communication and Engagement Officer for The Institute of Master Tutors of Driving.
As a Trustee, Vicky is passionate about ensuring that funded projects translate into meaningful, real-world impact. Her key interests include equity in road safety funding, behavioural change through education, and improving standards in driver and instructor training.
A long-standing advocate for practitioner representation, she believes that those delivering road safety training every day should have a voice at the strategic level. Vicky is also a member of Women on Boards UK and serves as a school governor, contributing her governance experience to support inclusive, forward-thinking decision-making.
